Deine Aufgaben bei uns im Team:

  • Umsetzung unserer Mission im Zusammenhang mit dem Vertrieb unserer Produkte auf Amazon in Deutschland (auch international)
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Vertriebskonzepten und -strategien basierend auf Umsatzzielen und Markttrends
  • Konzeptionierung und Koordinierung von Verkaufsmaßnahmen im Marktplatz-Umfeld mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (u.a. Paid Search, Deal-Maßnahmen, Display-Marketing, …)
  • KPI-orientierte Analyse von Maßnahmen & Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Steuerung und Monitoring von Retail-Marketing-Budgets
  • Sicherstellung der optimalen Artikel- und Warensteuerung
  • Ständige Analyse des eigenen Portfolios im Kontext des Marktes unter Nutzung der zur Verfügung gestellten Datenquellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Vertrieb Stationär, Marketing, Einhell Digital, Supply-Chain, etc.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing- bzw. Vertriebswesen oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Sales Management im E-Commerce für Konsumgüterhandel (insbesondere Amazon)
  • Logische und analytische Denkweise mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit und sorgfältiger Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Verständnis der gängigen E-Commerce KPIs und Werbe-Maßnahmen
  • Gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Kundenorientiertes, sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie MS Office Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel)
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
