What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to inbound B2B queries from German-speaking customers (DACH region)
- Learn to understand and explain IT software solutions
- Build rapport with decision-makers and identify opportunities to upsell or expand support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and provide top-tier service
- Engage in continuous learning to build your tech knowledge and grow fast in your role
