What’s the Role?
As TAM, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth across Adobe’s partner ecosystem. Your mission is to own customer renewals, strengthen relationships, and unlock new opportunities through strategic upselling and cross-selling within the Adobe portfolio.
This isn’t just another sales job. It’s the perfect next step for BDRs, SDRs, or inside sales reps who want to level up. You don’t need channel experience – we’ll train you to become a trusted advisor to Adobe’s partners. Not only can you progress to senior or management roles within EIMS, but also our tech clients regularly hire our top reps into their own teams.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage top-tier renewals across non-named (CSMB) accounts, ensuring on-time, smooth contract renewals while maintaining a high customer retention rate.
- Use each renewal as a strategic growth opportunity. Introduce customers to Adobe’s cutting-edge solutions to expand adoption and deliver more value.
- Partner closely with the Channel Account Manager (CAM) and reseller network to coordinate renewal strategies, optimize customer engagement, and ensure alignment on sales objectives.
- Keep forecasts and pipelines up to date in SalesForce, and add detailed insights in Adobe’s internal tracking tool to provide clear visibility on renewals, upsells, and key account activity.
Who are you?
- Speak German as your FIRST language and have work experience in France/Belgium
- Previous B2C or B2B sales prospecting experience (1 year)
- Ambition, proactivity, and the drive to build a high-earning career
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Understanding of Marketing and Sales activities
