Now, we’re looking for a driven German-speaking Inside Channel Account Manager to join our Adobe team – one of the most iconic brands in the tech industry.

Manage top-tier renewals across non-named (CSMB) accounts, ensuring on-time, smooth contract renewals while maintaining a high customer retention rate.
Use each renewal as a strategic growth opportunity. Partner closely with the Channel Account Manager (CAM) and reseller network to coordinate renewal strategies, optimize customer engagement, and ensure alignment on sales objectives.
Keep forecasts and pipelines up to date in SalesForce, and add detailed insights in Adobe’s internal tracking tool to provide clear visibility on renewals, upsells, and key account activity.
Requirements:
- Speak German as your FIRST language and have work experience in France/Belgium
- Previous B2C or B2B sales prospecting experience (1 year)
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Understanding of Marketing and Sales activities
