Role & Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Support the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.
- Assist with preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts.
- Support contract administration, variation management, and cost reporting.
- Work with project teams on subcontractor procurement and management.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Attend project meetings and liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Assist in ensuring commercial controls and processes are followed.
- Travel to site as required to support project delivery.
About You as the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and cost control.
- Eager to develop and take on increasing responsibility over time.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
- Keen to work in a collaborative environment with clear progression opportunities.
