ER Recruitment are partnering with a nationally-known business to appoint an Employee Relations Consultant in Leicester, hybrid working. You will provide expert ER advice across your aligned business area and manage a varied caseload including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.

The role leads organisational change initiatives such as restructures, redeployment and consultation, coaching managers to ensure fair, commercially balanced decisions while complying with UK regulations.
