The Company: ER Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with Belvoir Castle as they continue to invest in and expand their commercial offering across hospitality, luxury experiences, wine, events and accommodation. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial sales professional to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships and positioning Belvoir Castle as a leading luxury destination brand.

Role & Responsibilities of the Head of Business Development:

  • Develop and deliver proactive sales and business development strategies across the Belvoir portfolio
  • Generate new corporate business, partnerships and commercial opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across hospitality, accommodation, retail, wine and events
  • Represent Belvoir Castle at networking events, exhibitions, trade fairs and industry functions
  • Develop innovative guest experiences and partnership-led offerings to drive revenue and brand visibility

About You as the Head of Business Development:

  • Proven success within sales, business development or commercial growth roles
  • Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven with a proactive approach to generating opportunities
  • Exceptional networking, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify trends and turn ideas into revenue-generating opportunities
  • Warm, polished and professional with the credibility to represent a luxury heritage brand
