The Company
ER Recruitment is partnering exclusively with Belvoir Castle, a prestigious and historic estate renowned for its luxury hospitality, events and visitor experiences. The business is expanding its events offering and is looking for an organised, client-focused professional to coordinate and deliver exceptional experiences across weddings, corporate functions and private events.
Role & Responsibilities of the Events Coordinator
- Manage the operational delivery of events from point of booking through to execution.
- Prepare quotations, pricing, schedules and all event administration documentation.
- Coordinate internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Act as the key client contact throughout the planning journey, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Attend and oversee events on-site, ensuring exceptional standards and resolving issues proactively.
About You as the Events Coordinator
- Previous experience within events, hospitality, weddings, operations or project coordination.
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Professional, polished and confident in client-facing environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
