This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and ambitious team, helping to elevate Belvoir Castle’s guest accommodation portfolio and create unforgettable stays and experiences for visitors from across the UK and beyond.
Role & Responsibilities of the Accommodation Coordinator:
- Manage bookings and guest communication across a portfolio of luxury accommodation properties
- Oversee and optimise listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and direct booking channels
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Events teams to maximise accommodation revenue linked to weddings, events and corporate functions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and operational teams to ensure properties are guest-ready at all times
- Drive occupancy levels, guest satisfaction and repeat bookings through exceptional customer experience and proactive commercial thinking
About You as the Accommodation Coordinator:
- Previous experience within hospitality, guest accommodation, Airbnb management or customer-focused operations
- Warm, engaging and guest-centric approach with exceptional communication skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify upselling and revenue opportunities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, collaborative and confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
