Role & Responsibilities Of The Senior Partnerships Manager
- Manage a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered accurately and to a high standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact.
- Lead the planning and delivery of partnership activation programmes across matchdays, events, and campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, Ticketing, Events, and Community teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor partnership performance, delivering post-campaign analysis, reporting, and presentations to demonstrate value.
About You As The Senior Partnerships Manager
- Proven experience in partnership management, sponsorship servicing, or account management.
- Strong understanding of partnership activation, delivery, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management ability and attention to detail.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and able to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
