ER Recruitment are working exclusively with our client, Leicester Tigers. They are one of the most prestigious rugby clubs in the UK, renowned for its success both on and off the pitch. The Club is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for fans and commercial partners alike, with a passionate commercial team driving growth across partnerships, hospitality, and ticketing.
Role & Responsibilities Of The Senior Partnerships Manager
- Support the delivery of a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
- Assist in the planning and execution of partnership activations across matchdays, events, and campaigns
- Work closely with Marketing, Hospitality, Ticketing, and other internal teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
- Contribute to partner engagement, renewals, and upselling opportunities to support overall commercial targets
- Provide regular reporting and updates on partnership activity to the Head of Partnerships
About You As The Senior Partnerships Manager
- Experience in partnership management, sponsorship servicing, or account management
- Organised and proactive, with strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to deliver activations and experiences that meet partner objectives
- Collaborative approach, able to work across internal teams to support seamless delivery
- Commercial awareness and willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, high-profile sports environment
