Role & Responsibilities Of The Marketing Manager:
- Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy
- Lead, mentor and develop a small in-house marketing team, setting clear direction and priorities
- Develop and execute PR and thought leadership strategies to position the business at the forefront of industry conversations
- Increase brand exposure, reputation and credibility across both affordable housing and open market sectors
- Oversee all digital marketing activity, including social media, website management, SEO and branding
- Work closely with an external digital agency to ensure SEO strategy is effective, aligned and driving results
- Monitor marketing performance, web traffic and conversions, using insight to inform decision-making
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital channels to marketing collateral
- Oversee design, content and campaign activity, balancing strategic direction with hands-on input where needed
- Act as the senior marketing lead, collaborating with leadership and wider teams to align marketing with business goals
About You As The Marketing Manager:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within construction, property, housing or a related sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, SEO, brand and website management
- Experience managing and developing a small marketing team
- Confidence working with external agencies and senior stakeholders
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
- The ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
- Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys building brands, shaping narratives and making marketing matter
- Desirable to have experience with HubSpot
- Driver’s licence is essential as there will be travel as part of this role
