With an excellent reputation for quality, service and reliability, they are looking to appoint an Account Manager to support and develop customer relationships across Scotland.

Role & Responsibilities Of The Account Manager

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing customer accounts across Scotland
  • Regular customer visits to maintain strong working partnerships and identify opportunities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and support
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects, orders and customer expectations are managed effectively
  • Supporting business growth through account development and customer retention
