Company ER Recruitment are proud to be partnering exclusively with Belvoir Castle, a prestigious and historic estate renowned for its luxury hospitality, events and visitor experiences. As the business continues to expand its events offering, they are looking for an organised and client-focused professional to help coordinate and deliver exceptional experiences across weddings, corporate functions and private events.

Role & Responsibilities Of The Events Coordinator

  • Manage the operational delivery of events from point of booking through to execution
  • Prepare quotations, pricing, schedules and all event administration documentation
  • Coordinate internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Act as the key client contact throughout the planning journey, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Attend and oversee events on-site, ensuring exceptional standards and resolving issues proactively

About You As The Events Coordinator

  • Previous experience within events, hospitality, weddings, operations or project coordination
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Professional, polished and confident in client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Location: Near Grantham, Leicestershire

Salary: C£35,000 p.a.
