Location: Leicester, Hybrid working.
Base pay: ÂŁ30,000 p.a. depending on experience, plus ÂŁ3,000 car allowance and uncapped bonus.

We’re on the hunt for a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales and Partnerships professional to join a fast‑paced, high‑profile sports and events organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales of corporate products, hospitality packages, premium experiences, and seasonal memberships.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Identify additional commercial opportunities, including bespoke events, networking initiatives, and VIP experiences.
- Hit and exceed KPIs, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Innovate and uncover new revenue opportunities, keeping ahead of industry trends.
- Manage client data in the CRM, ensuring accurate records and actionable insights.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Work proactively across a busy schedule, including key event days, to maximise engagement and sales.
About You
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or partnership management (face‑to‑face and telephone).
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to manage your own time effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience in sport, hospitality, or events sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
