The Boutique Manager for a prestigious men's luxury footwear maison will oversee boutique operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales performance. We are seeking an experienced luxury retail professional to lead and develop the London boutique. This is a high-ownership, entrepreneurial role suited to an individual who thrives in an autonomous environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, and overseeing all aspects of day-to-day boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and identify opportunities for commercial growth.
  • Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clientele through exceptional clienteling.
  • Take full ownership of day-to-day boutique operations including stock management, visual merchandising, reporting, and coordination with HQ.
  • Deliver excellence in luxury service and uphold the highest standards of brand representation.
  • Develop and execute local initiatives, events, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and footfall.
  • Provide regular commercial reporting and market intelligence to Head Office.
  • Manage the client database, CRM activity, and after-sales follow-up to maximise repeat business.
Candidate Profile:
  • Significant experience in luxury retail management, ideally within footwear, leather goods, accessories, or bespoke menswear.
  • Proven track record of client development and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong clienteling expertise with an established network of HNW contacts (preferred but not essential).
  • Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial – comfortable leading a boutique independently.
  • Highly organised with strong operational and commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of luxury codes, craftsmanship, and the bespoke client experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; additional languages (particularly French) are advantageous.
