We’re looking for an ambitious PPC Specialist to join the team here at Eighty Eight Digital. You might be a PPC Executive looking to take the next step in your career, a PPC Account Manager looking for a change, or a PPC professional just looking to move to an agency that truly values the work that you do.

What you will deliver
In this role, you’ll be our in-house specialist on all things Pay-per-click Advertising. Your primary goal will be to deliver ROAS/ROI-led campaigns within Google Ads (primarily), but also across Microsoft Ads, and paid social (Meta).
We pride ourselves on transparency and client communication, so throughout the month, you will be in frequent contact with clients ensuring the smooth running and performance of their strategy. Then, delivering their results in an easy to understand, no jargon, monthly report.

- 80% Google Ads
- 10% Microsoft Ads
- 10% Paid social (Meta)
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Advertising.
- A specialty in Google Ads for e-commerce businesses, with experience managing campaigns with product feeds via third party management tools (and Google Merchant Centre).
- Demonstrable experience in Paid Social and Meta advertising.
- Strong project management skills with a track record in nurturing and developing client relationships.
- Excellent understanding of wider digital marketing approaches, given a number of our clients are multi-service.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4 and Looker Studio, and the ability to interpret the data prior to presenting this to clients.
- Build, maintain and grow PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social to drive measurable ROI.
- Carry out detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Implement robust campaign structures, tracking, and budget management to ensure efficient spend.
- Monitor performance on a daily basis, making proactive adjustments to achieve and exceed client goals.
- Generate clear, concise reports (via Looker Studio) that translate data into meaningful insights for clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients, explaining campaign performance and proposed next steps in simple, jargon-free terms.
- Stay up to date with PPC industry trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to your campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider Eighty Eight team to ensure PPC activity aligns with clients’ SEO and overall marketing strategies.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and work with analytics tools to ensure accurate reporting.
