What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the procurement of project materials by raising purchase orders to suppliers, checking order acknowledgements match against purchase orders regarding specification and quantities, and assisting with accounts queries, as instructed by the Project Support team.
- Monitoring the operations inbox and phone line and delegating calls and emails out to the relevant persons.
- Ensuring project documentation, such as drawings, site set-up files, and Health and Safety records (RAMS and O&M Manuals), are compiled, aligned, printed, and issued to clients and subcontractors.
- Assisting with miscellaneous project preparation tasks, such as ensuring delivery addresses/contacts are accurate, preparing outgoing delivery paperwork for the warehouse team, maintaining organised project systems, liaising with project managers on admin tasks (e.g. booking hotels), and using main contractor platforms to schedule site deliveries and ensure all documents are accurate and up to date.
- Ownership of small-scale delivery projects during peak season, including placing orders and arranging delivery.
- Management of office supplies for the Operations department.
