About the Role
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telemarketer to join our Business Development team full-time, helping to generate new business opportunities across state and independent schools, as well as construction projects throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound calling, booking meetings, managing contacts, and supporting the wider sales team to build a strong and consistent pipeline of opportunities.
You will work closely with our Client Relations Managers, engaging with key stakeholders, supporting follow-ups, and helping to keep schedules full and momentum high.
KPIs & Incentives:
- Minimum of 60 successful calls per week
- Minimum of 6 confirmed meetings per week
- KPI Bonus: Earn up to £6,000 per year for meeting performance targets
- 5 days a week - 9am - 3pm (27.5hrs a week)

Ideal Candidate:
