We are looking for an experienced Social Content Manager with a passion for content, knowledge of social media best practice, and skills in account and project management. You will sit within our Social Partner team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative social content for our clients, through collaborating with our Creative, Production and Performance teams. We are client-facing and responsible for the running of projects, with a key role in ensuring we produce successful and exciting content across platforms. Our team works with a large section of the agency and has a key role in the content we produce for our clients, making this an exciting position to learn and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met and social output is high quality.
  • Delivery of social content and projects e.g. monthly content calendars, content projects and campaigns, in collaboration with creative and specialist teams, managing multiple components with great attention to detail.
  • Project management and collaboration – working with a wide variety of team members to ensure work is delivered on time and resource is planned to deliver requirements.
  • Ideation and brainstorming.
  • Brief-writing – translating client needs into actionable briefs.
  • Reporting on content performance – gathering learnings and benchmarking metrics to present to clients and the rest of the team, and setting clear actions to implement.
  • Managing light touch/lo-fi content capture (e.g. TikTok creation).
  • Community management – including reactive and proactive responses, sentiment tracking, etc.
  • Content scheduling – using tools like Sprout Social and natively.
  • Proactive ideation and proposals, contributing to the growth and success of your accounts.
  • Light commercial involvement – scoping new projects, tracking progress.
  • Providing social consultancy, including involvement in social content audits and strategies when required.
