We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join the in‑house team at one of our top clients. Embedded within our client's organisation, you’ll have the best of both worlds – access to learning from one of the biggest gaming companies in the world, with all the benefits and perks of eightfour agency culture.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be an organised and dependable Production Coordinator, comfortable owning end‑to‑end production on smaller projects while supporting Producers and creative teams across larger initiatives.
- You will support the team with administrative work, including onboarding freelancers, setting up contracts, and progress tracking on a project.
- You’ll work closely with internal creatives and external partners, supporting coordination across projects.
- You’re a strong team player who builds trust through follow‑through, clear communication, and attention to detail.
- You’re reliable under pressure, proactive in your communication, and stay calm when plans change, knowing when to elevate or ask for support.
- You engage with available performance and creative data, using it to inform your understanding of the work.
- You care about doing the job well, supporting the wider team, and ensuring creative work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- This role would be well suited to someone at the early stages of their production career and looking to develop their existing skills while taking on more ownership.

Essential Skills
- A basic understanding of production fundamentals, including timelines, workflows, contracts, and approvals.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a defined scope.
- Some experience working with project schedules and supporting delivery against agreed timelines.
- Comfortable supporting budget tracking and flagging risks or issues to Producers.
- Able to work collaboratively within a production team and with cross‑functional partners.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, with care for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Bonus Skills
- Some experience supporting or coordinating creative or production projects, either in‑house or agency‑side.
- Previous experience using project management software such as Monday.com.
- Basic knowledge of creative production tools and software.
- Gaming or performance marketing experience.
