We’re a social and content agency led by talent and fuelled by technology. Since 2008, we’ve been building an integrated, digital-first offering that combines content excellence with channel best practice to drive meaningful performance for our clients. We work across international markets for ambitious brands delivering work that connects with audiences wherever they are.

As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them what they put in – through strong progression, industry-leading benefits, and a culture that has been recognised in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for over seven years running.

We are looking for an experienced Producer (mid-weight) with a passion for content production, knowledge of social best practice, and skills in project management to join our London team. You’ll need to be ambitious, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while balancing multiple moving parts across production, creative and client teams. You’ll also need to be familiar with social channels, content, formats and best practice as much of the content production you will manage will be social first.

This role will sit within the Producer Team, reporting into the Creative Operations Director, and will play a key role in delivering everything from social-first content shoots and campaign productions to events and experiential activations.

Here’s what to expect in the day-to-day role:

  • Overseeing content production for key accounts: Leading shoot prep, logistics and on-set production support
  • Project management end-to-end including post-production of assets from planned shoots
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events and activations
  • Scoping budgets based on deliverables and setting realistic timelines
  • Managing projects end-to-end, from briefing through to final delivery – ensuring everything fits the brief, is in line with social best practice and meets the client’s needs
  • Forward planning and booking creative and production time – using our internal resourcing systems
  • Liaising between internal teams i.e. social, creative and production teams, on their briefs, schedules and expectations
  • Managing freelancers, suppliers, locations, production partners and talent (from models to influencers) where sourcing, outreach, negotiation and contracting will be required
  • Being the day-to-day client contact on a project or shoot, supported by a wider team. Involving responding to client requests, and queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring all creative output is delivered to the highest possible standard

We are a hybrid business which means we work a mixture from the London office and from home. This role requires attendance at regular small-scale shoots which would be happening in and around London on a weekly basis, so the ability to come into London on an average of 2-3 times per week at short notice is required.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in an agency environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience producing shoots, content capture or live/event productions
  • An understanding of shoot production mandatories i.e. risk assessments
  • Strong understanding of content formats and ability to question or contribute to creative briefs
  • Understanding of production timelines, budgets and varying levels of asset complexity
  • Client-facing experience — consulting and working directly with clients
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail — ensuring all work leaving the Studio is of the highest standard possible
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across creative, strategy, social and production teams
  • Ability to explain production and creative thinking clearly and confidently to stakeholders
  • Ability to source and negotiate with suppliers, talent and influencers
  • Curious about culture, trends and creative innovation, bringing fresh thinking and references into projects
  • Positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and keep projects moving forward

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
  • Photography/videography experience – either with full kit or with social-first level kit (i.e. Osmo camera/iPhone)
  • Editing experience
  • Experience managing international productions

Benefits:

  • Named in Campaign Magazine's Best Places to Work 7 years running
  • Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office per week
  • Private Healthcare & Life Insurance, 25 Days+ Holiday
  • Team Mini breaks in the UK and abroad, Regular Socials
