We are a fast-growing social and creative comms agency, named in Campaign's Best Places to Work in Marketing seven years running. We are known for our high standards, big energy, and a culture built on people who genuinely care about their craft and each other. We are looking for a Junior Social Content Writer who is passionate about social media writing and creating compelling content for brands.

You will have a passion for storytelling, strong copywriting skills and creative ideation, and you will act as a content creative for your brands — ensuring our creative output is rooted in the existing editorial strategy, shaped by social best practice and always ahead of what’s trending in culture and innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Write engaging content for social channels
  • Create long & short-form storytelling for a variety of social & digital placements
  • Delivery through collaboration of high-impact editorial calendars
  • Collaborate with creatives, producers, video editors & co-creators to develop compelling stories to support your editorial plans
  • Work closely with strategists & creatives to interpret client briefs & develop content plans / campaign proposals
  • Adapt content ideas & copy for different social media channels, understanding platform nuances and tone
Requirements:
  • Ability to write accurate, clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • A passion for storytelling through short-form content across different social channels
  • An ability to flex your content ideas & tone across different brands/sectors
  • A passion for cultural trends & learning to ideate reactively
  • A strong attention for detail
  • An interest in learning about audience insights & approaching content strategically
  • A passion for advertising and branded content
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Knowledge of Reddit, Twitch & Discord platforms
  • An understanding of how content is shot for social (shoot attendance is a bonus)
  • Ability to convey & present your ideas in slide format
