We are a fast-growing social and creative comms agency, known for our high standards, big energy, and a culture built on people who genuinely care about their craft and each other. We are looking for a Junior Social Content Writer who is passionate about social media writing and creating compelling content for brands. You will have a passion for storytelling, strong copywriting skills and creative ideation, and you will act as a content creative for your brands — ensuring our creative output is rooted in the existing editorial strategy, shaped by social best practice and always ahead of what’s trending in culture and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Write engaging content for social channels
- Create long & short-form storytelling for a variety of social & digital placements
- Delivery through collaboration of high-impact editorial calendars
- Collaborate with creatives, producers, video editors & co-creators to develop compelling stories to support your editorial plans
- Work closely with strategists & creatives to interpret client briefs & develop content plans / campaign proposals
- Adapt content ideas & copy for different social media channels, understanding platform nuances and tone
Requirements

- Ability to write accurate, clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
- A passion for storytelling through short-form content across different social channels
- An ability to flex your content ideas & tone across different brands/sectors
- A passion for cultural trends & learning to ideate reactively
- A strong attention for detail
- An interest in learning about audience insights & approaching content strategically
- A passion for advertising and branded content
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
