- Creating 3D motion content using Blender, with a particular focus on character animation, modelling, scene building and texturing.
- Supporting projects that combine 3D, 2D motion, and graphic design.
- Animating for social-first formats, paid media and short-form storytelling.
- Working from creative direction and storyboards, while contributing ideas and solutions.
- Collaborating closely with designers, animators, and producers.

- A positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience with rigging characters (or desire to improve in this area).
- Basic understanding of social formats and digital-first content.
- Interest in sound, editing, or storytelling.
- Experience in other 3D Software like C4D or Maya.

- Comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback.
- Organised and able to manage your time with guidance.
- Excited by fast-paced creative environments and collaborative work.
