We’re a social and content agency led by talent and fuelled by technology. Since 2008, we’ve been building an integrated, digital-first offering that combines content excellence with channel best practice to drive meaningful performance for our clients. Born in London, we’ve grown into a global agency, partnering with ambitious brands across international markets and delivering work that connects with audiences wherever they are. As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them back what they put in - through rapid progression, industry-leading benefits, and a culture that has been recognised in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for over seven years running.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a senior client-facing leader to play a pivotal role in driving client success, agency growth, and operational excellence across a portfolio of accounts. The Client Partner Director will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring our work delivers measurable impact while identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and deeper partnership. This role will also provide strategic oversight internally, champion cross-disciplinary collaboration, and contribute to the ongoing development of the agency, our culture, and our reputation.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with creative thinking, alongside deep expertise in social media, and a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses - someone who can operate as a true partner and consultant. This is an individual contributor role with no direct line management responsibilities. The focus is on building meaningful client relationships, delivering exceptional work, and unlocking new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership & Strategy: Act as a senior partner to clients, building long-term, trusted relationships at C-suite and director level becoming their go-to partner for strategic advice, problem-solving, and creative solutions. Provide strategic counsel across brand, advertising, social, and integrated communications. Ensure our work drives business impact for clients and positions the agency as an indispensable partner.
  • Growth & New Business: Lead the growth of existing accounts through strong commercial management and proactive identification of new opportunities. Contribute to agency new business efforts: lead and support pitches, present to prospective clients, and actively shape proposals and decks. Play an active role in agency growth, helping secure new accounts, and building relationships with potential clients. Build your own network of client and industry contacts to generate opportunities.
  • Operational & Commercial Management: Oversee delivery excellence across all accounts within your portfolio, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and strategically aligned. Manage account profitability, forecasting, and resourcing, balancing client needs with agency capacity. Champion efficiency, process improvement, and best practice across the client service team.
  • Consultancy: Get under the skin of each client’s business, industry, and challenges; provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to support their long-term success.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Partner with strategy, channel, creative, and delivery teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and work produced is impactful, innovative, and effective. Contribute to the wider agency culture, helping shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
  • Expertise in Social & Emerging Tech: Demonstrate strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and production processes to advise clients on the most effective strategies. Bring deep understanding of social media ecosystems, content, and influencer marketing. Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI, automation, and emerging production tools, and guide clients how to leverage them effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record in a director level role within an advertising, creative, or digital agency.
  • Demonstrable experience leading large-scale social media campaigns and production projects, including familiarity with emerging technologies and AI in content creation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, shape, and convert growth opportunities.
  • Excellent client relationship skills – able to influence and build trust at senior stakeholder level.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to contribute to pitches and thought leadership.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously without direct line management responsibility.
  • A collaborative team player. Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor.
Benefits
  • Named in Campaign Magazine's Best Places to Work 7 years running.
  • Remote working predominantly - 2 days in the office per week.
  • Private Healthcare & Life Insurance, 25 Days+ Holiday.
  • Annual Team Mini break in the UK or abroad, Regular Socials.
  • Open, Engaging & Inspirational Culture.
