We are looking for a B2B Content / Copywriter with a strong background in long-form storytelling, thought leadership and strategic editorial content. This role is centred around creating intelligent, engaging and commercially impactful long-form work, from white papers and industry reports to executive interviews, opinion pieces and feature articles, while also shaping campaign messaging and social-first creative that helps brands show up credibly in culture and conversation. You’ll combine editorial depth with creative thinking, translating complex business topics into compelling narratives for both specialist and broader audiences.

Alongside long-form content development, you’ll also support campaign copywriting, LinkedIn storytelling and integrated social rollouts. You should have a strong understanding of how B2B brands can evolve beyond traditional corporate communications, creating work that feels relevant, modern and audience-led across both professional and more consumer-oriented platforms. The role spans a variety of sectors including finance, insurance, ecommerce, supply chain, sustainability and technology.

You will be line managed by our Creative Strategy Director and work closely with our Associate Creative Director across a range of B2B accounts and campaigns, collaborating with strategists, designers and social teams to shape impactful creative and editorial output.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of long-form B2B content including white papers, reports, feature articles, executive interviews and thought leadership.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews and insight gathering sessions to inform editorial narratives, campaign messaging and executive profiling.
  • Translate complex or technical subject matter into clear, engaging and commercially effective storytelling.
  • Develop strategic editorial narratives and content territories for campaigns and ongoing brand communications.
  • Write campaign headlines, messaging frameworks and supporting copy across digital and social channels.
  • Create social rollout content with a strong understanding of LinkedIn storytelling and executive profiling.
  • Work closely with strategists, creatives and client teams to shape campaign narratives from brief through to execution.
  • Support brands in developing more culturally relevant and contemporary B2B communications.
  • Collaborate with designers, motion teams and producers to bring editorial and campaign ideas to life across formats.
  • Contribute to pitches, campaign proposals and strategic narrative development.
Requirements Must-Haves
  • Proven experience developing high-quality long-form B2B content and thought leadership.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex topics without losing substance.
  • Experience writing across sectors such as finance, insurance, technology, logistics or sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of B2B audiences, brand positioning and commercial storytelling.
  • Ability to move confidently between long-form editorial, campaign messaging and social content.
  • Experience creating LinkedIn-first content and executive thought leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial rigour.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within creative and strategic teams.
