As a values‑driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them back what they put in: through rapid progression, industry‑leading benefits and a culture which has been named in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for over 3 years running.
We’re looking for a Junior Creative Digital Designer to join our expanding Creative team. The role will involve creating a wide variety of design assets—from static social content and short‑form videos to high‑impact A1 print posters. You will work across our social and creative clients, supporting campaign calendars, video and digital assets, and working with multiple sectors such as Travel & Hospitality, Charity, Automotive, Logistics, Finance, and FMCG.
Day‑to‑day, you will take responsibility for creative outputs across a range of clients, working closely with the Creative & Social teams, and reporting to a Senior Creative.
Key Responsibilities- Weekly research on social creative design and share findings during team meetings or via Slack.
- Collaborate with the social team to create high‑quality video and designed content for social clients as part of monthly retainers and ad‑hoc campaigns/projects.
- Provide design support for a variety of creative projects the agency tackles—including website design, branding, print, event collateral, pitch presentations, photography, and video.
- The position is client‑facing, so you’ll present to and collaborate with clients.
- Challenge the Creative team by keeping up to date on latest trends, innovations, and progression in the design sector.
- Experience in an agency environment, working across a range of clients, styles, and challenges.
- Proven experience in a digital creative environment—understanding the landscape and confidently discussing opportunities with colleagues and clients.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience with video software.
- Excellent eye for detail, consistently reviewing work and striving to improve quality.
- Strong collaboration skills—facilitating and improving teamwork between departments and clients.
- Curiosity and continuous learning—keeping up with trends, sharing insights, and inspiring new projects.
- Positive, solution‑based attitude and willingness to tackle difficult tasks.
- Deadline‑oriented; able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
- Capacity to explain creative thinking and guide stakeholder decisions, presenting work to colleagues and clients.
- Bonus experience in Typography, Illustration, Photography, or Video filming.
Please note: you must include a link to your portfolio in your application or CV.
Benefits- Named in Campaign Magazine’s Best Places to Work for 7 years running.
- Hybrid working.
- Private healthcare and life insurance.
- 25+ days holiday (increasing each year).
- Annual team offsite and regular socials.
- Open, engaged and inspirational culture.
