We’re a fast-growing social and creative comms agency, named in Campaign’s Best Places to Work in Marketing seven years running. We are looking for a Junior Social Content Writer who is passionate about social media writing and creating compelling content for brands.

You will have passion for storytelling, strong copywriting skills and creative ideation, and you will act as a content creative for your brands – ensuring our creative output is rooted in the existing editorial strategy, shaped by social best practice and always ahead of what’s trending in culture and innovation.

Core Responsibilities
  • Write engaging content for social channels
  • Create long & short-form storytelling for a variety of social & digital placements
  • Delivery through collaboration of high-impact editorial calendars
  • Collaborate with creatives, producers, video editors & co-creators to develop compelling stories to support your editorial plans
  • Work closely with strategists & creatives to interpret client briefs & develop content plans / campaign proposals
  • Adapt content ideas & copy for different social media channels, understanding platform nuances and tone
RequirementsMust-Haves
  • Ability to write accurate, clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • A passion for storytelling through short-form content across different social channels
  • An ability to flex your content ideas & tone across different brands/sectors
  • A passion for cultural trends & learning to ideate reactively
  • A strong attention for detail
  • An interest in learning about audience insights & approaching content strategically
  • A passion for advertising and branded content
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Nice-to-Haves
  • Knowledge of Reddit, Twitch & Discord platforms.
  • An understanding of how content is shot for social (shoot attendance is a bonus).
  • Ability to convey & present your ideas in slide format
