About the team

The Solutions Consulting team at Eightfold delivers spectacular interactions and experiences with our prospects, customers, and partners. In a fast-paced environment, we focus on continuous learning, outstanding performance, and results. We work with companies and organisations across the globe in a variety of industries. We have a very close relationship with our Engineering and Product teams and are encouraged to build long-term relationships within our network of customers.

About the Role

What you will do:

• Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives to shape overall account and territory strategy.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Design and lead executive-level workshops and strategic advisory sessions.
• Own technical and functional strategy across the most complex, highest-stakes deals.
• Serve as a senior voice into product strategy.
• Architect multi-phase, enterprise-wide solution strategies for our largest customers.
• Own strategic, executive-level relationships across the full customer lifecycle.
• Serve as an external thought leader on the future of talent strategy and technology.
• Represent the company as a keynote speaker, panelist, and subject-matter expert.

What we need:

• A track record of transforming how organisations think about talent.
• A strong focus on helping enterprise customers define and achieve success.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills.
• An affinity for the startup space and AI technology.
• Extensive customer-facing experience.
• Significant (typically 8+ years) Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering experience.
• Deep experience in Talent Intelligence, Human Capital Management, or Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI technologies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional presentation skills in English.
