Eightfold Professional are a “challenger valuation” firm with national coverage. The company was started by industry experts 5 years ago. We are going from strength to strength with 10 full time valuers and £10m of PI cover. We specialise in loan security valuation and expert witness work.
Role Description
We are seeking AD level valuers in London, Bristol and Manchester, with 5 year plus PQE, MRICS and valuer registration. We deal with panel work and direct work from retail banks. The ideal candidate would have strong interpersonal skills and be self motivated, ideally with experience of meeting pressured valuation deadlines.

Qualifications
5 years PQE MRICS and previous valuer scheme registration
- Client service and communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Experiemce of using KEL /Argus software preferred
- In depth property and market awareness, with an interest in commercial and residential real estate and willingness to learn local market dynamics.
- Digital literacy, including comfort working with online platforms, property portals, office software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
