We are a highly experienced team with a focused approach to property. Our close knit team brings a wealth of valuation specialism. We currently undertake work for over 70 different lenders, including high street banks, specialist lenders, private funds and local government valuation contracts.
We primarily undertake secured lending valuation, with the rest being private valuation/red book compliant valuations.
We have physical office addresses in Central London, Brighton and Nottingham.
Role Description
The Associate Director of Valuation role is a full-time hybrid position based in the City of Bristol, with flexibility to work from home. In this role, the individual will lead and develop client relationships across commercial and residential property, oversee key transactions, and support the growth of the business. The Associate Director will contribute to strategy, support marketing and business development activities, and provide guidance on complex property matters. The role also involves regular reporting, collaboration with senior leadership, and adherence to relevant regulatory and professional standards.
Qualifications/Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years PQE
MRICS or FRICS and current valuer registration status
Ability to work remotely and to manage time and tasks effectively.
Strong report writing abilities with high attention to detail.
UK based/West Country based candidate
In exchange Eightfold Professional offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum plus strudtured bonus for the right candidate.
