As a pivotal component of Eightcap, our Client Relationship team takes pride in serving as the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through their trading journey with expertise and technical assistance.
The primary objective of the Client Relationship Manager role is to assist retail clients through the full sales journey from application to active trading, whilst also identifying and engaging new opportunities to contribute to overall business growth.
This position plays a key role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving retention, and reinforcing Eightcap’s reputation as a leading online trading business.
Through strategic relationship management and proactive support, the role contributes to the company’s growth and long‑term success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full retail sales cycle from first application to active trader.
- Help new retail clients complete the account onboarding process.
- Build high‑value long‑term relationships with retail clients through first‑class support and service.
- Help clients with account management best practice and platform functionality.
- Stay informed about financial markets trends, and the CFD and FX landscape.
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients regarding Eightcap's products and services.
- Assist clients to resolve any issues and ensure high client satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
- Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interaction in Salesforce CRM.
- Consistently meet and achieve individual and team performance KPIs.
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
Requirements
- Can speak either German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or at least 2 years’ experience in a B2C sales role in financial services, preferably with a CFD and/or Forex broker.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial markets, with an ability to discuss complex subjects in simple terms.
- A good understanding of the Contracts For Difference/Forex industry and platforms.
- Excellent skills in rapport building and maintaining long‑term relationships.
- A strong passion to work with retail clients in a professional manner, and provide outstanding customer service.
- High attention to detail, with an ability to meet and maintain regulatory compliance standards.
- Thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment, and be able to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
- Possess a can‑do attitude and be willing to contribute to team success.
