We are looking for an integrated Channel Lead to play a pivotal role in our growing team - we're looking for someone to bring broader channel thinking, as well as oversee and input into innovative and high-performing campaign strategies across multiple platforms. The role goes beyond activation as you'll shape campaign approaches, define KPIs, connect channels, deliver integrated work, bring modern advertising approaches and provide a high level of social consultancy and senior client support. The role sits within the Distribution team as part of the media and performance arm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create social approaches across teams that feel connected, not silo'd, that contain full funnel planning and ladder up to real business impact.
  • Collaborate with key teams such as the Account Management teams through owned / organic social, and via Growth and New Business working on pitches and proposals.
  • Within new business and growth - leading on paid, performance, measurement approaches with tailored responses.
  • Reviewing current tech stack, tools and licenses to ensure we have the best methods to deliver on client objectives successfully.
  • Driving commercial success for accounts, understanding targets and pushing growth within retainers.
  • Own the strategy, structure and success of the Media and Performance department - implementing operational standards across all accounts.
  • Drive performance across all accounts, inspiring teams, supporting with reporting insight and training sessions.
  • Setting KPIs in conjunction with teams across paid and owned to ladder up to real business impact.
  • Showcase fresh paid approaches and measurement tactics, across all clients, working with external teams understand context / challenges.
  • Testing and innovation - A/B testing, alphas/betas, creative experimentation.
  • Bring thought leadership and solutions for modern advertising techniques and landscape changes across social.
Requirements
  • New business and pitch experience working with integrated teams.
  • Tool stack for broader social understanding > Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, RivalIQ.
  • In-depth experience with paid social ads managers within Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest.
  • Experience with tracking set-ups, UTMs, dashboard maintenance and analytics tools - GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with measurement frameworks, attribution and experience with driving results across paid, owned, earned.
  • Experience with both B2B, B2C and global clients.
