Key ResponsibilitiesCarbon data management and measurement
- Collect and organise critical activity data (e.g., energy use, travel records, utility bills) required for the organisation\’s carbon and environmental accounting.
- Support the senior team in calculating the company\’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, focusing on learning and accurately applying frameworks for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
- Assist in the validation and quality checking of all incoming data to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the organisation\’s carbon footprint reports.
- Contribute to initial analysis by summarizing emission data and preparing reports that highlight key emission sources (hotspots).
Sustainability initiatives support
- Support the development and documentation of initial concepts for carbon reduction strategies, including Net Zero roadmaps and potential Science-Based Targets (SBTs).
- Assist the senior team in the implementation of sustainability projects including carbon reduction initiatives. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Stay current with evolving environmental regulations, carbon accounting standards, and industry trends to support compliance efforts
