Eight Financial Advice is opening applications for the next intake of our highly successful in-house Academy and we’re looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop into professional Financial Advisers. Our Academy is designed to give you everything you need to succeed. Over a structured 12-month programme, you’ll gain industry-recognised qualifications, hands-on experience, and the confidence to step into an adviser role. You won’t just learn theory; you’ll work alongside experienced advisers, trainers, and industry leaders from day one, gaining real insight into the profession.

What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- Complete R01 & R05 before academy start (April/May)
- A strong interest in building a career in financial advice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
