About The Role

As a Client Executive, you will be the main point of contact for both advisers and their clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will focus on delivering excellent client service, managing relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure requests and reviews are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to financial advisers
  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee diary management, meeting bookings, and appointment scheduling
  • Assist in client meetings and keep records up to date
  • Ensure advisers are informed of client communications and requests
  • Liaise with internal teams to support adviser pipelines
