Eight Wealth Management is seeking a proactive Business Admin Assistant to join our welcoming and collaborative team. About The Role

This is a full‑time, hybrid position. You'll play a key part in supporting our Partners and wider business teams with essential administrative tasks, including:

  • Processing new and replacement business submissions
  • Preparing professional client meeting packs
  • Providing general admin support to our Business Services and Paraplanning teams

Requirements

  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Organised with strong attention to detail

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate with proficient data entry skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems
