Our Academy is designed to give you everything you need to succeed. Over a structured 12-month programme, you’ll gain industry-recognised qualifications, hands-on experience, and the confidence to step into an adviser role. You won’t just learn theory — you’ll work alongside experienced advisers, trainers, and industry leaders from day one, gaining real insight into the profession.

Requirements

  • Completed CII R01 & R05 before academy start (April/May)
  • A strong interest in building a career in financial advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Professional, ethical, and client-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
