The Role:
As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser with Eight Mortgages, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own clients while benefiting from our strong brand and full compliance support. You’ll deliver professional, FCA-compliant mortgage and protection advice, providing clients with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through to completion.
- Keep up to date with lender criteria, market developments, and FCA regulations.
- Ensure all advice and documentation meets compliance and quality standards.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience built on trust, transparency, and service.
Requirements:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential.
- Equity release desirable, RO5 desirable.
- Current or recent FCA authorisation (directly authorised or appointed representative).
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
