Eight Financial Advice are looking for a new member in our Totton office to provide Executive Assistant support to our Group Marketing Partner while also looking after new and existing clients experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves client interaction and thrives helping others to perform at their best.
Executive Support
- Provide structured executive support to the Group Marketing Partner, including proactive diary and inbox management.
- Document meetings clearly and concisely, track actions and follow up to ensure accountability.
New Enquiries
- Act as a central point of coordination for new enquiries received across the business, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally and proactively.
- Maintain accurate prospect data, own and update Monday.com boards and workflow systems.
Front of House
- Be the first point of contact for clients, prospects and visitors to the Totton office.
- Deliver a high-quality in-office experience, including refreshments and follow up communication, encouraging satisfied clients and prospects to leave reviews.
