Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for greater flexibility, a supportive team, and the opportunity to focus purely on the technical work you enjoy?
At Eight Financial Advice, we're expanding and looking for skilled Paraplanners to join our growing team.
Our paraplanners are given full admin support meaning no client contact is required!
This role is hybrid, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for producing high-quality suitability reports and technical calculations , with minimal distraction - our advisers handle all client-facing work.
If you have experience with pension transfers and withdrawals , you'll be especially well-suited to this role.
However, we're happy to provide full training for the right candidate with strong paraplanning experience in other areas.
Requirements
- Paraplanning experience within SJP or a similar network (ideal but not essential)
- A solid understanding of financial planning products and processes
- Experience with pension transfers, withdrawals and cashflow modelling (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines under pressure
- Confident in managing relationships with advisers and team members
