About the role
Working as part of the Early Years team, you will help create a stimulating and engaging environment where children are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and curiosity.
You will support children's learning through carefully planned activities, play and exploration, while building strong and positive relationships with children and their families.
The school places a strong emphasis on providing an excellent early years experience, with dedicated staff working together to give every child the best possible start to their education.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has experience working within an early years or nursery setting
- Is passionate about providing exceptional care and education
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS
- Is confident supporting children's learning and development through play
- Is warm, nurturing and genuinely enjoys working with young children
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is professional, organised and a strong team player
- Takes pride in creating a stimulating and well-presented learning environment
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
