We are looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support learners at a college in Barnstaple.
The role will involve providing 1:1 and small-group support to learners, including those with SEND and additional learning needs, helping them access their studies and develop confidence and independence.
About You
Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Learning Mentor or similar would be beneficial. Experience supporting learners with SEND is desirable.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential
- Up to 30 hours available across 5 days, with part-time hours also considered.
