Operations, Recruiting & Program Manager, UK-based

We are looking for a UK-based Team Operations & Talent Project Manager to support daily team operations, recruiting coordination, and cross-functional project execution across the UK and global remote collaboration contexts.

This is a hybrid role connecting business needs, talent processes, operational workflows, and project delivery.

You will help keep the team running smoothly while supporting Agent, RL data, product, and research initiatives from planning to execution.

  • Support recruiting process management, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer coordination, onboarding, and contractor onboarding.
  • Maintain team operating rhythms, including meetings, documentation, workflows, vendor coordination, and basic administrative processes.
  • Support project management for Agent, RL data, product, and research initiatives, including milestone breakdown, owner tracking, progress follow-up, and bottleneck identification.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure project status, priorities, dependencies, and risks are clearly communicated and actively managed.
  • Coordinate with external experts, data annotators, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth communication, clear deliverables, and controllable quality.
  • Improve operational processes and documentation to help the team collaborate efficiently across time zones and functions.

Requirements

  • Based in the UK.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized.
  • Strong execution ability, ownership mindset, and structured project management skills.
  • Able to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable working with global remote teams and coordinating across different functions, time zones, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in startup operations, HR / recruiting, project management, remote team collaboration, AI / data projects, or international teams is a plus.
