About The Role

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.

We’re looking to recruit an Office Manager to join our team based in the Brackley area.

Responsibilities

  • Management and maintenance of the project site offices and welfare facilities.
  • Support to the IT team for connectivity and services provision.
  • Assisting of the Premises Management Plan and office safety procedures, including Appointment of Premises Manager, Fire Coordinator scheduled testing of fire safety systems and ensuring adequate Fire Marshals and First Aiders are appointed and available.
  • Allocation of work space and office arrangements for personnel.
  • Control and maintenance of office consumables and the ordering of them from Lyreco.
  • Administration support to all areas of the site office.
  • Responsible for the Administration staff on site ensuring that they are following administration procedures.
  • Entry of good receipts notes onto accounting system.
  • Responsible for Invoice matching and ensuring that all invoices are cleared for payment in line with the payment terms.
  • Support with the Project Time and Attendance system - Biosite.
  • Ensuring all Filing / scanning / archiving procedures are kept up to date and maintained to a high standard.
  • Ad-Hoc support to Administration Manager.
