About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Handover and Completion Assistant Programme Manager to join our Routewide team based in Milton Keynes.
In this role you will assist with managing, monitoring and reporting progress on Routewide handover, completion and commissioning (H&C) activities in accordance with the accepted and/or current programme. You will also contribute to the development of H&C policies, procedures and guidance in the Business Management System. Part of this role is to assist with the development, upkeep and improvement of bespoke reporting and tracking tools to help the EKFB business and client understand H&C related progress and blockers. You will also assist with the provision and archiving of H&C related management reports as required. You will lead allocated forums, ensuring the Terms of Reference and agenda are defined and communicated, supporting information is collated and distributed prior, and actions are recorded and monitored afterward. In addition you will assist the Handover and Completion Programme Manager with troubleshooting and problem‑solving in the H&C space and support the business with mapping and adding H&C related requirements to smartCONNECT as part of the smartCONNECT Core Team. You will also support adequate and effective audit processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project execution with a background in handover and completion activities on major projects.
- Experience in developing business processes, reporting tools and dashboards on multi‑disciplinary construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to drive efficient delivery and business improvement, including promotion of best practice.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- You must hold a CSCS card (White, White/Yellow, Gold, Black or Red experienced).
- You must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
