EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. We’re looking for an Information Controller to join our team based in the Southam area.
In this role, you will support the delivery teams with uploading and downloading documentation onto the document management systems, raising document numbers (MIDP numbers) and with electronic filing on shared drive. You will also be responsible for chasing supply chain and delivery teams for outstanding paperwork. You will collaborate with the EKFB team to ensure that EKFB Document Control protocols are adhered to, upskilling and sharing best practices with the wider team where required. You will encourage and train project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership. Part of this role is to support the escalation of any issues in respect of overdue and/or outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders. You will be fully aware and compliant with Client EDMS requirements so that the delivery of Project documentation is achieved without delay.
In addition, you will maintain responsibility for your own workload, continually developing your skills and knowledge and also supporting cultural change within the business unit and project by promoting a digital approach to information management.
