About the Role
EKFB is looking for a Site Engineer in the Aylesbury area who will be on site supervising junior engineers, managing labour, plant and materials, and ensuring works meet required standards, programme and budget.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate resources.
- Supervise and develop junior engineers and resolve technical problems.
- Monitor subcontractors and ensure contractual compliance.
- Assist with production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and financial forecasting.
Qualifications
- HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or equivalent, working towards ICE membership.
- Demonstrated knowledge of site engineering and construction supervision.
- Experience in utilities, earthworks, heavy structures or drainage.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Competency CSCS: White, White‑Yellow, Red‑Experienced, Black‑Manager or Gold‑Supervisor.
