About The Role

At EKFB we’re shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow by delivering civil engineering works across a high speed rail section. We’re recruiting for a Receptionist to join our project based at our Chipping Warden Office. This role is located in a remote location. Candidates must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Working hours for this role are 07:30‑16:00 Monday to Friday on site.

In this role you will be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. Your responsibilities include:

  • Booking in of visitors
  • Procurement of office consumables
  • Management of supplies
  • Booking meeting rooms and managing Microsoft Teams rooms
  • Supporting the Office Manager and project management teams
  • Assisting with the upload of documentation to our document management systems

About You

  • Experience in a reception or Administration role
  • Experience of using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail skills
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines
  • Must hold a valid UK driver’s licence and have access to a vehicle
